6th Annual NWPA North-South All-Star Game will be held June 17, 2017 @ Fairview HS

Written by: on Tuesday, June 13th, 2017

Fairview, PA  (June 5, 2017) – The Western Pennsylvania Football Coaches Association (WPFCA) and the Northwestern Pennsylvania Football Coaches Association (NWPFCA) are holding the 6th Annual North-South Senior All-Star Game.  The game will be held on June 17, 2017 at 7pm, at Fairview High School.  Admission is $5 and can be purchased at the event.  All proceeds will benefit the mission of the Coaches’ Associations – promoting the game football for the benefit of student-athletes.

During the event, four student athletes from each squad will be recognized for outstanding academic achievement, community service, and leadership, through the awarding of scholarships for attending higher education next year.

The game will also feature recognition of the Coaches of the Year for each organization from the 2016 season. For the North, Matt Morgan (Iroquois HS) and Ryan Abbott (Iroquois HS) will be honored for their selection as the Coach of the Year and Assistant Coach of the Year respectively.

The South Team will be made up of schools from the WPFCA, which is actually in its 27th year of sponsoring an all-star game.  However, this will be the sixth year they will be playing the northern region of District 10 and the newer NWPFCA.  Both rosters consist of graduating seniors from District 10 schools along with a handful of District 9 schools, and players have been selected from schools as far south as Karns City and Wilmington to as far north as Erie, Conneaut, OH and North East, featuring many All-Region players and All-State selections. Most of the players will be playing at the collegiate level.

The South team will be led by Sam Mowrey (Grove City HS), while the North team will be led by Dave Frank (Seneca HS).

The Fairview football boosters will also be accepting donations for the Jason Hunter Award. The award was established in 2015 in Jason’s memory, and it is annually given to a senior player at Fairview who exemplifies the enthusiasm and spirit with which he played football.

One thing I’d prefer to reply to is that weightloss program fast is possible by the right diet and exercise. Someone’s size not simply affects the look, but also the actual quality of life. Self-esteem, major depression, health risks, and also physical ability are influenced in weight gain. It is possible to make everything right but still gain. If this happens, a medical problem may be the culprit. While an excessive amount food but not enough body exercise are usually the culprit, common health concerns and trusted prescriptions can certainly greatly increase size. Thx for your post in this article.
