Central Catholic rolls to victory over North Allegheny



Central Catholic rolled to victory in this game. It didn’t take them long to get on the board. A pass from Troy Fisher to Justice Evans was taken to the house from 64 yards to make it 7-0.

Central Catholic got its second touchdown with 5:47 in the first on a 2 yard run by Troy Fisher. The Vikings would add another touchdown and they were up 21-0 at the end of the first quarter.

The second was even uglier for North Allegheny. Cam Laconi returned a punt 88 yards to make it 28-0 Central Catholic.

An interception by Tim Terry made it 42-0 Central Catholic with 4:06 left before half. North Allegheny finally got on the board on a 60 yard run by Mike Pope to make it 42-7 with 1:30 left before half.

North Allegheny started with the ball to start the second half and they drove down the field and the drive was capped off on a 7 yard run by Turner White.

That would be the last time the Tigers scored. Central Catholic added 2 more touchdowns to make the final 55-14.

Justice Evans had a big game for the Vikings, he had 3 catches for 107 yards and a touchdown. Troy Fisher also had a big game he had 6 carries for 88 yards and 2 touchdowns, he also was 4 of 7 for 118 yards and had a touchdown there also.
