Key Newcomers: There are many returning players working hard in the weight room who are poised to be key contributors this season.

Key Stats: None

2017 Offensive Outlook: We have many linemen returning. The line will be the key to the success of the offense. Strong line play will allow the new skill players to thrive and the offense to be successful. We will continue to use a team approach to football where many players get the opportunity to touch the football on offense. The question will be which players will get the most out of those opportunities.

2017 Defensive Outlook: Key players in the middle of the defense return (NT, 2 LB, S) which should allow us to build around them. The keys will be finding edge players and defensive backs. There are many capable young men poised to fill those positions. It will be an interesting battle to see who earns those positions.

2017 Special Teams Outlook: We should have a multitude of capable players on special teams this season. The key will be getting those players to buy in to our philosophy and maintaining controlled aggression during an often overlooked portion of football.
