Coaches Comments: Only a sophomore in 2016, Logan is already making a case to be a must-watch talent in District-10. A multi-sport athlete, a starter for both the Eagles’ D-10 runner-up football and basketball teams, Logan is a well-rounded athlete and tremendous competitor.
Offensively, Logan’s skill set is versatile. He runs great routes and has a great sense for spacing on the field. He has good overall speed and great hands, but is also a physical blocker on the edge for his teammates. There is no one more competitive when the ball is in the air. Logan quickly earned the trust of All-State QB, Kam Patterson, as a go-to WR the last two seasons.
Defensively, Logan will return as one of the best defensive-backs in D-10. His speed and sense for the ball combined with his physicality make him a versatile defender. Logan has played both safety and corner, covering sideline to sideline with a great sense for the ball (5 int). But, Logan is also a great run defender, plays down-hill well and is a physical, relentless tackler.
Most importantly, however, Logan is a very coachable player and his work-ethic is unrivaled. The Eagles are looking forward to seeing Logan have a break-out season in 2017.
